Mackie’s is a family-owned barbecue business proudly rooted in Maryland, inspired by the bold, smoky traditions of Texas-style ‘cue. The name honors our family’s legacy—built by our parents, who spent decades serving the community before retiring and recently downsizing the business. Today, we continue their vision with the same dedication to quality, hospitality, and slow-smoked flavor that made Mackie’s a local favorite from the start.
